Bring it on Bean Dip

Jump to recipe

Beans and lentils are arguably one of the most nutrient-dense foods with a whole host of nutrition-related benefits. Beans like pinto, black and black-eyed peas are a great plant-based source of protein and also contain high amounts of plant sterols, soluble fiber and micronutrients such as folate, iron, magnesium and many more.

This dish is super versatile and it makes a lot so you can have leftovers for the week! Throw it in as a side to any meal, as a dip with crackers or as a topping on eggs or a salad!
