Welcome to the Functional Feed! We are so happy to have you. Here are a few basic points that are important to note:

  • This online portal is where you can access the new Functional Feed content each month. You will receive an email at the beginning of every month saying that the latest content is available. You will need to log into your portal to access the new content.
  • Download all of the materials onto your computer each month so that the content is yours forever. To download the content scroll to the bottom of each tab and click the download as a pdf text.
  • Your Recommended Product Library is listed under the Functional Nourishment tab. This is a valuable grocery shopping tool.
  • Be sure to post pictures of your meal prep and fabulous dishes in the Facebook group. If you are posting outside of the FB group be sure to use #functionalfeed and tag @beingbrigid @juliefoucher and @daniurcuyomd.

November 2017 Issue - Weekly Meal Plan - Brigid Titgemeier, MS, RDN, LD

The Functional Kitchen is one week of gluten-free, dairy-free meal plans. They are meant to feed one person so you may need to prepare more if you are feeding a family. Also provided is a full shopping list as well as recipes that are designed to prepare in advance.
