Hi, I'm Brigid Titgemeier, a Board-Certified Functional Nutrition Dietitian who's helped over 25,000 women reclaim their health. 

As a founding dietitian at the Cleveland Clinic Center for Functional Medicine under Dr. Mark Hyman, I’ve spent the past decade on the frontlines of evidence-based nutrition. I co-created and now teach the Integrative & Functional Nutrition curriculum at Case Western’s School of Medicine, where I also earned my Master's in Public Health Nutrition

Are the recipes different from past Blood Sugar Resets? +

Yes! We have all brand new, delicious blood sugar friendly recipes for each round of the Blood Sugar Reset.

I can't make the live calls. Are they being recorded? +

Yes! All of the live calls are recorded and posted on the Blood Sugar Reset portal.

I don't eat {insert food here}. Can I make a substitution? +

Yes! Any food can be swapped out for another food in its same category. That means any proteins (meat, eggs, protein powder, greek yogurt) can be swapped for a different protein, any veggies can be used instead of the ones listed in the meal, and any starches (sweet potato, beans, legumes, grains, fruit) can be swapped for other starches. When you’re making these swaps, try to use the same quantity to keep the integrity of the recipes. We provide specific ingredient swaps from the recipes in the guide!

Is the meal plan Vegetarian/Vegan? +

Not all of the recipes are vegan/vegetarian but any food can be swapped out for another food in its same category. That means any protein (meat, tofu, eggs, protein powder, greek yogurt) can be swapped for a different protein. When you’re making these swaps, use the same quantity to keep the integrity of the recipes.

Do I need a CGM to participate? +

You do not need a CGM to participate in the Blood Sugar Reset. All of the recipes have already been tested on a CGM by one of our dietitians to ensure they are blood sugar friendly! If you are interested in purchasing a CGM, we recommend and work very closely with Levels Health: levels.link/beingbrigid.

What if I’ve tried resets before and nothing stuck? +

I get it—most are overwhelming or unsustainable. This is different: Livable meals, daily support, and my science-backed protocol to make it stick. Think of me as your coach guiding you through an efficient and intentional roadmap.

Is this safe if I have prediabetes or diabetes? +

Yes—but consult your doctor first. Our whole-food, blood-sugar–balancing approach supports stability, and your doctor can advise on any changes needed to your medical protocol as insulin sensitivity improves.

Is this safe if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding? +

Yes—I personally followed the Blood Sugar Reset during two pregnancies and while breastfeeding. Always consult your doctor to tailor it for you. You may need to increase calories and/or carbohydrates to support your baby and maintain milk supply. Staying hydrated and replenishing electrolytes is also key, since lowering carbs makes electrolyte intake even more important.

But what if it's too complicated for my busy life? +
