Ingredients
- 2 tbsp dairy free coffee creamer
- 1 cup water
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder
- 1 1/2 cups frozen cauliflower rice
- 1/3 medium pink lady apple
- 3 tbsp rolled oats
- 2 tbsp cashew butter
- 1 tsp maca powder
- cinnamon (a few large dashes)
- salt (a large dash)
- 1/4 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional) (to enhance the apple flavor)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
