Clients have been telling me & my team how much the White Bean Blondies are a hit for the WHOLE family. They are truly to die for! This is a recipe from The Being Collective that I just had to share!

These White Bean Blondies have 4 grams of whole food-based fiber (yes, in a dessert!) from the cannellini beans (you can’t even taste them) and only a handful of high quality ingredients. They are also low in added sugar.

I love this recipe because it’s delicious but also because it’s approachable and easy. You just add all of the ingredients to a food processor, pulse, mix in chocolate chips and bake. Checkout this video of me making them.
