- 2 avocados, halved and scooped
- 1/2 cup cacoa powder
- 1/2 cup cashew butter
- 2 tbsp collagen protein powder
- 3/4 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 2 medjool dates, pitted
- 3/4 tsp himalayan salt
- Place all ingredients in the food processor and blend until creamy.
- Pour into a glass bowl and chill in the refrigerator for a few hours.
- Top with shredded coconut flakes, pomegranate seeds and cacao nibs (optional).
