The Blueberry Muffin is the most delicious smoothie that tastes like a blueberry muffin (without the blood sugar spike)! This recipe is designed to help support blood sugar balance, hormone health and satiety. It was included in the menu from the November 2023 Blood Sugar Reset program and it really is a fan favorite!

Blueberry Muffin Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp dairy free coffee creamer
- 1 c water
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder
- 1.5 c frozen cauliflower rice
- ½ c frozen wild blueberries
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp almond extract
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- Dash of cinnamon
- Dash of salt
- Optional: 1 tsp maca powder
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
