E6: Strawberries & Cream Smoothie
Jump to recipeThis is the most DELICIOUS blood sugar balancing smoothie! It truly tastes like a strawberries & cream milkshake but without the big glucose spike. We tested this recipe on a Continuous Glucose Monitor and it led to a gradual and steady 17 point glucose increase.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp coconut cream
- 8 oz water to blend
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder
- 1.5 c frozen cauliflower rice
- 3/4 c frozen strawberry
- 1 tbsp cashew butter
- 1 tbsp chia seed
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Dash of salt and cinnamon
- Optional: 1 tsp maca powder
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
