Full Time W2 Employee, Remote or Cleveland Hybrid
Reports To: Director of Marketing (Fractional)
Application Deadline: May 31, 2026
About BeingBrigid Functional Nutrition
BeingBrigid is a science-backed functional nutrition brand on a mission to help millions of women stop normalizing symptoms and build sustainable health through food-as-medicine. Brigid Titgemeier is a leading authority in women’s health and using food as medicine. She has built a highly engaged online community that serves as the resource for women who are working on lowering inflammation, improving insulin resistance and optimizing their health.
We are in a growth phase that includes expanded affiliate partnerships, live events, a robust media ecosystem (newsletter, podcast, YouTube), and future launches.
We’re seeking a Marketing Coordinator to own the execution and day-to-day operations of the marketing ecosystem.
The Role
You are the engine of this marketing department. The Director sets the strategy. You make it happen every single day. This role touches every channel including email, copy, SEO, Klaviyo, and affiliate coordination. You work independently and you communicate clearly. You keep things moving between director check ins without waiting to be told what to do next.
You are also the connective tissue of a lean team of fractional team members. You make sure nothing falls through the cracks between channels, people, and deadlines.
This is not a task ticker role. You think about what the brand needs, flag problems early, and bring solutions.
What You Own
- Write all marketing copy alongside Brigid including emails, newsletters, and promotional messaging.
- Build, format and send all emails in Klaviyo. You set up sequences, campaigns, turn on waitlists, activate popups, and QA everything before it goes out.
- Own the content calendar. You track what is going out across every channel so the team stays coordinated and on time.
- Run keyword research and apply SEO thinking to email subject lines, blog content, and coordinate with YouTube descriptions.
- Pull weekly performance reports from Klaviyo. You share what is working, what is not, and what you think should change. The Director uses your data to make decisions.
- Monitor daily KPIs during active campaigns, including opt-ins, purchases, show-up rates, and revenue.
- Repurpose existing Brigid content across formats. A podcast episode becomes an email. A recipe from The Being Collective becomes a blog post. You make the content work smarter.
- Support affiliate coordination alongside the Marketing Director. Setup affiliate links, track performance, flag issues, and help make sure partner promos go out correctly.
- QA all marketing materials, including links, pages, forms, timers, and tracking systems.
- Handle basic graphic work in Canva using brand templates for email headers and promotional assets.
- Flag problems early. If a deadline is at risk or a channel is behind, you raise it before it becomes a fire.
- Document and refine SOPs and workflows so future launches are more streamlined
What We Are Looking For
- You have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing and campaign implementation.
- You are able to work in east coast hours.
- You have a strong understanding of digital marketing, funnels, and email marketing.
- You have written copy professionally and you understand the difference between words that convert and words that just fill space.
- You are collaborative, coachable, and committed to clean, high-quality execution.
- You know Klaviyo or a comparable email platform at a functional level. You can strategically build flows, segments and review data, not just send a blast.
- You understand SEO basics. You know how to research keywords and apply them without killing the voice of the content.
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to keep multiple projects on track.
- You are comfortable in fast-paced environments where priorities shift.
- You communicate proactively. If something is behind or broken, you say so before it becomes a problem.
- You care about health, functional medicine, or women’s content. Genuine interest in what BeingBrigid is building makes this job a lot better.
Bonus Points
- Experience with a membership brand or subscription product.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing tools.
This Job Is Not For You If
- You need a lot of direction to get started.
- You have zero email marketing experience.
- You treat copy as just words rather than strategy.
- You are not comfortable working with a part time manager and figuring things out independently.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary.
- Flexible hybrid schedule (occasional trips to Cleveland)—no one micromanaging your hours.
- Two weeks of paid vacation.
- A very positive and supportive work environment with an incredible team of female co-workers who are brilliant, supportive and caring.
- The ability to learn how to work in a fast-paced, successful online business from a marketing director with years of experience.
- The chance to make a meaningful impact in women’s health.
How to Apply
Submit your application on our Google Form including your resume and a 1-3 minute video of why you would be a good fit for the position and the value you would add. If you have issues please email your application to katie@beingbrigid.com.
