Cannoli Dip
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup ricotta
- 1 tbsp plain yogurt
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- dash vanilla extract
- cinnamon (a few dashes)
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
- 1 serving simple mills honey cinnamon sweet thins
Instructions
- Mix ricotta, yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Stir in chocolate chips and serve with Simple Mills cookies.
- Preparation Tips: Mix ricotta dip before your week begins and store in the fridge until ready to eat. Dip should last 5-7 days.
