Grainless Cacao Granola

Most granolas, even paleo granolas, contain some form of added sugar. Even if it’s in the form of pure maple syrup or raw honey, it’s still technically added sugar. This would mean that if you are trying to eat ketogenic or high in fats then you may want to consider doing a DIY grainless granola. This recipe is perfect for anyone that is looking to enjoy lots of rich, nutty flavors without a sweetener!

Ingredients
- 1 c shredded coconut, unsweetened
- ½ c raw almonds, chopped
- ½ c raw cashews, chopped
- ½ c raw pecans, chopped
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- ¼ c cacao nibs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp grass-fed ghee, melted
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300 F.
- Place the following ingredients on the baking sheet: shredded coconut, almonds, cashews, pecans, chia seeds, and cacao nibs.
- In a small bowl mix together the ghee, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Pour the ghee mixture over the nuts and use your hands to spread and mix evenly across the baking sheet.
- Place in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
