3/4cupbutternut squash (diced, cooked, and then frozen)
1/4cupdry roasted pecans
1/2tspvanilla extract
cinnamon(a few hefty dashes)
salt(dash)
1tspmaca powder(optional)
Instructions
If squash is not already cooked, preheat oven to 425 F. Line a baking sheet with with parchment paper and spray with avocado oil cooking spray. Add cubed butternut squash to the baking sheet and bake for about 30 minutes or until golden, flipping halfway through.
Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
