Ingredients
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt (note: if dairy free, choose a dairy free Greek yogurt)
- 1/2 serving vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- salt (optional) (dash)
- cinnamon (optional) (dash)
Instructions
- Add yogurt to a bowl and mix in protein powder.
- Squeeze lemon juice into the yogurt bowl, with the option to zest the lemon into the yogurt beforehand. Note: you can add as much or as little of the juice as you would like, starting slow if you are sensitive to a strong lemon taste
- Heat the blueberries in the microwave for about 1 minute until they are soft and soupy but not warm. Stir in the chia seeds and pour blueberry mixture into yogurt bowl.
- Drizzle almond butter over bowl. Option to season with a few dashes of salt and cinnamon.
