Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen spinach
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt (heaping)
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 cup canned artichoke hearts (drained)
- 2 servings of seed based crackers
Instructions
- Thaw spinach and drain liquid.
- Add Greek yogurt, spices, and nutritional yeast to a mixing bowl and mix well.
- Chop spinach and artichokes and mix into Greek yogurt mixture.
- Serve ½ of dip mixture with one serving of seed crackers as one portion.
