Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 1/2 cup frozen cherries
- 3/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- salt (dash)
- cinnamon (optional) (dash)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth
